About the Role
Appointment Setter — SUNPATH
SUNPATH is looking for a polite, patient, and confident Appointment Setter who can identify potential leads, understand their requirements, qualify them over the phone, and coordinate site visits. The candidate will also track leads, submit weekly reports, and stay connected with customers during project execution and after installation to improve customer experience and encourage positive feedback.

What You'll Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Identify potential leads and understand their requirements.
Call leads and qualify them before scheduling site visits.
Coordinate and follow up with qualified prospects to support the site-visit process.
Track and monitor leads, appointments, and follow-up activities.
Prepare and submit weekly reports on lead progress and related activities.
Stay in touch with customers during project execution.
Follow up with customers after installation to enhance their experience.
Encourage and collect customer feedback after installation in a professional manner.

Languages
Marathi — expert level
Hindi — expert level
English — medium proficiency
Skills & Traits
Polite and soft-spoken personality
Patience while communicating with prospects and customers
Confident communication skills
Ability to understand customer requirements
Good follow-up and coordination skills
Ability to track leads and maintain weekly reports
Customer-focused approach, especially during and after installation
Experience
Freshers are welcome if they meet the role requirements
Candidates with at least 6 months of relevant experience may apply
Candidates with relevant BI or Birla experience may be considered
